Terms
These terms govern use of the Nexus company website and the information, contact routes and mission materials made available through it.
1. Website purpose
This website explains Nexus, its operating model, capabilities, mission workflows, control principles and company contact routes. It also provides a way to apply for the private beta and discuss a mission, capability, software connection or working relationship with the Nexus team.
2. Product and mission information
Mission pages describe how Nexus organises work from objective to result. The exact project scope, connected systems, authority, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and commercial terms are defined separately for each company project.
3. Contact submissions
A submitted form authorises Nexus to store the supplied information and use it to respond to the stated request. A beta application enters the onboarding review queue; it does not by itself create a service agreement, activate a workspace, transfer authority over a system or approve any digital action.
4. Beta access and AI usage
Beta applicants may choose their own AI provider account, identify an existing paid ChatGPT plan, request Nexus-managed credits or ask Nexus to recommend a setup. Provider API access, token billing, usage limits and any Nexus-managed credit allowance are agreed before live mission execution. A consumer chat subscription is not treated as permission to access or charge an API account.
5. Project authority
Nexus acts inside the authority assigned to a project and mission. Inspection, preparation, execution, publication, communication and sensitive decisions can each have different permission requirements.
6. Company information and confidentiality
Users should only provide information they are authorised to share. Confidential project information remains subject to the applicable project agreement, access controls and company policies.
7. Intellectual property
The Nexus name, logo, website design, product materials, mission interfaces and associated software are protected company materials. They may not be copied, presented as another product or redistributed without permission, except where an applicable agreement states otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
The website and contact routes may not be used to interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or organisation, or send automated abuse.
9. External systems and connections
Work involving third-party software remains subject to that provider’s terms, account permissions and operational conditions. A Nexus project defines which connected systems are authorised and who remains responsible for business decisions.
10. Availability and changes
Nexus may update the website, product descriptions, workflow presentation and contact routes as the company and product develop. Current project agreements continue to govern active work.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Nexus contact form.
